In order for everything to go as productively as possible, you should adhere to several consistent rules.

1. The tuber must be pulled out of the soil and dried without direct contact with the sun.
2. The bulb is divided into several parts, depending on its size, so that on each individual part there are several roots and at least one kidney.
3. The separated tuber is again left in a dark place to allow the cut to dry (often it takes 1-2 days).
4. The slice should be sprinkled with crushed activated carbon to kill all harmful bacteria and germs.
5. With the help of expanded clay, a drainage system is made in the planting pot (expanded clay lining, on which the soil mixture is subsequently poured).
6. The soil must be carefully selected, since cyclamen is a very finicky plant.

Choosing the right moment for a transplant

The prepared and pre-dried root, which is divided into several parts, does not need to be buried in the soil, like other plants. Simply put the tuber on the ground with a slice down and water abundantly. The root system will begin to develop in a few days.

It must be remembered that cyclamen loves moist soil, so especially in the early days, you do not need to spare water when watering. But you do not need to flood the tuber too much. Between watering, the soil should have time to dry.

Care

After the entire planting procedure has been done properly, and all points are strictly followed, you should create the most comfortable atmosphere for the growth and development of the plant. For this, the tuber is reliably covered with sphagnum moss, which can be bought without any problems in any gardening store.

Any standard fertilizer that does not contain chlorine is perfect. But you need to pay attention to the components of top dressingwhich should contain:
